Villa Elia is named after the olive oil tree, which through the years has been the main source of income for the local farmers.

What to expect to find near the house and the complex? Here are some places you dont want to miss

In the beach just bellow the complex, you can find two restaurants and beach bars. There are many in the nearby beaches, with two night clubs with pools and some bars also. All the beaches are excellent to visit with very clean waters, with Pahia Ammos and Lefki being the best.

Pigadi village

The local port with many taverns, bars and fishermen selling their fresh caught fish

Pteleos village

he main local village, with 2 mini markets in the central square, cafes, taverns, pharmacy, local taxidrivers, an orthodox church

Achillio village

A small nearby village by the sea,(with Greek taverns and cafes) from which you can board a ship for a daily cruise to Skiathos island. Ask Your Host for Information

Nice view to the sea ,many amenities in the house(smart tv,playstation, two (communal) pools equipment).It is a really nice place for families with children on vacation,but also good if you want to relax and seek a quiet place.There are bars and many beaches around and restaurants-taverns to eat. Mike is kind and has a proffesional behaviour,he is very helpful.

Housed in a beautiful setting near a sandy beach. Very quiet environment. Comfortable and modern amenities. The landlord is active, advised where to go for trips, shopping, restaurants .... We will definitely be back here. For those who would be disturbed by the remoteness of places from big cities and without a car, there is a fairly well-stocked store in the neighboring village. I have also seen the use of a local taxi service.
